FAQ - What is Oncor's return policy?

We accept returns and provide free return shipping within 30 days of receipt or before December 21st, whichever comes first. We do not charge a restocking fee. Eligible return shipments must be scanned in by December 23rd or within 30 days of receipt, whichever comes first.

Exception: Clearance items and orders that individually or cumulatively total over C$400 are responsible for arranging return shipping on their own account. The standard return window applies.

Christmas Tree Rental/Complimentary Setup: No refunds are allowed after a Christmas tree is set up. There is a 10% fee for cancellation 24 hours after an appointment booking is confirmed. An appointment may be cancelled for a 25% fee within the first 30 minutes on site.
